Over value insurance

(1)我们同意买户要求按发票投保130%，但110%与130%之间的超保费应由买方负责。

We agree to buyers’ request for covering insurance for 130% of the invoice value, but the premium for the difference between 130% and 110% of the invoice value should be borne by the buyers.

(2)我们歉难同意贵方买户要求投保发票金额150%，因为合约订明发票金额110%。

We regret our inability to comply with your buyers’ request for covering insurance for 150% of the invoice value because our contract stipulates that insurance is to be covered for 110% of invoice value.
